Dispatch and Delivery
Tickets:
Tickets will be dispatched via email, e-tickets will be emailed with your confirmation.

Merchandise Orders:
Orders will typically be dispatched within three working days from the date of purchase, except for pre-ordered products. For personalised signed merchandise, please allow up to ten working days for dispatch.

Exclusions:
Dispatch times exclude weekends, UK Bank Holidays, and holiday periods.

Delivery Charges (UK Mainland):
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of items for all ticket and merchandise orders delivered to UK Mainland addresses with a full and valid postal code.

This excludes the Isles; see details for overseas deliveries below.

Signature Required:
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please note that Dartshop.tv cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier service providers.

Overseas Deliveries
For deliveries outside the UK Mainland or to the UK Isles, postage and carriage charges will also be calculated based on the item size and weight.

Important Notice for International Deliveries:
Customs and excise duties or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Delivery times vary by destination country and exclude weekends, holidays, and public holidays.

Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds:
Items can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. Items cannot be returned because of change of mind.

How to Cancel/Request a Return or Exchange:
Once an order is shipped, you cannot cancel an order. Items can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. Items cannot be returned because of change of mind.

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please contact dartshop@modussports.com.

Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Proof of postage or using a recorded/insured service is highly recommended.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided the goods are:
In their original condition.
Unused and in their original packaging
Including all accessories and supplied items.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Personalised Items
Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Note: Orders containing both personalised and non-personalised items will be dispatched only when the personalised items are ready. If you wish to receive non-personalised items earlier, place separate orders.

Event Tickets
Non-Refundable: Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or undergoes significant changes (defined as a change of two or more headline acts).

Duplicate Tickets:
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

Non-Receipt of Goods
Claims for non-delivery must be notified to us within 14 days of placing your order.
