Events
MODUS Sports Management Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry if deemed necessary. In addition, players appear are subject to availability. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed. Please note significant changes being a change of 2 or more of the headline acts. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Required Consent
Darts is a sport that we recommend adult supervision of for those playing under the age of 18. By purchasing from MODUS Sports Management Ltd, you are confirming that you are either over the age of 18 or have full consent from a supervising adult. MODUS Sports Management Ltd may require proof of identification where applicable.
Ordering
When you place an order through our website, we will immediately send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. MODUS Sports Management Ltd will check the price and the availability of the goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. The right to accept or decline any order is entirely at our discretion.
Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

Faulty or Damaged Items

UK law applies. You and MODUS Sports Management Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in relation to any disputes arising out of this Agreement.
